Ordering and Receiving International Tickets 2021-2022

The WRU have informed us that Full Stadia will be allowed for the Autumn Internationals and for the 2022 Six Nations matches. For these games they will be issuing “Digital Tickets” to assist with Welsh Government Covid-19 processes. Autumn international tickets will be allocated, to those who have ordered them, in September once we have received them.
In summary

1) Provide Mobile Phone Number, if you ordered your tickets through Gareth Lewis, club ticketing secretary. The person who made the order should provide him with their mobile number, so their ordered tickets can be allocated to them. (If you ordered by text, he will already have your number, if you ordered by email, please email him your mobile number so that he can link mobile numbers to orders)

2) Download the “Principality Stadium Ticketing App”, from Google Play or AppleApp Store.

3) Make Payment and Receive Tickets
Once tickets have arrived, Gareth will contact the person who made the order with payment details. When payment has been confirmed you will receive a notification in the App that your tickets are available in the App.

4) Transfer Tickets

You then transfer tickets to your individual friends and family. Attendees must have their own individual digital ticket for Test, Trace and Protect purposes**.

**From WRU Digital Tickets FAQs

“The only exceptions to this are for accompanied minors (those under the age of 18 where proof of age may be required) and/or for those people with accessibility requirements attending the Event with a companion. You will not be permitted to enter the Stadium using multiple Tickets on a single mobile device.”
