The AGM of Wrexham Rugby Club Limited will take place at Wrexham Rugby Club on Monday 22nd September 2025 at 7.30pm. Only paid-up adult members and Special Patron (VP) members for the 2024 / 2025 season are eligible to vote on any issue or nominate induvial for election to office.

All nominations for Directors of Wrexham Rugby Club Limited are to be submitted to Mrs R Pomeroy, 13 Chanticleer Close, Wrexham, LL13 9EQ by noon on Saturday 20th September 2025.

The formal nomination must be forwarded in writing to the secretary. It must be proposed, seconded, signed and dated by two Full / Special Parton club members. It must also be signed by the nominee who must also be a Full / Special Patron member.
