Wrexham Anglo Welsh Mini Rugby Festival

Dear Fixture Secretary / Coaches / Team managers,
Wrexham Rugby Club would like to invite your club to their Annual Anglo Welsh Mini Festival of Rugby which is taking place on Sunday 28th April 2019.
The festival is open to age groups U7 through to U12. We are inviting a mixture of clubs, from both near and far as I hope that this will give everyone the experience of playing teams they would not normally play during the normal rugby season.
As per previous Anglo-Welsh Festivals, ages U7-U11 will take place in the morning with the U12s playing in the afternoon. There are no limits to squad sizes at any of the age groups. Each age group will be limited to 16 teams so early entry is advised. Teams will play a minimum of 3 group games, which then decides places for the Cup, Plate, Bowl and Shield with every team guaranteed a semi-final game (5 games minimum during the day).
There will be the usual range of refreshments, food and entertainment. However, this year we are taking the lead from other successful festivals and offering a team food package. If you pre-order food, then Burger/Hotdog and a drink will cost £1 per playing team member!
If you would like to attend I would be grateful if you would complete the attached entry form and return it along with your entrance fee of £35.00 per team. Completed entry forms should be returned by no later than 31st January 2019 (this will assist planning of a successful event).
Please note entries will be on a first come first served basis. Should any age group be oversubscribed then teams will be added to a reserve list. We will send you full registration pack including further details of the event on receipt of your entry form.
